DR Radio | Interview with Denise Marek: Reconnecting to your inner peace.

What if I don’t fit in?

What if they don’t like me?

What if I’m not enough?

Sisters, do you find yourself worrying over every detail? Does the thought of not knowing every nitty-gritty point cause your anxiety to grow? What if I told you there was a way you could move forward and stop worrying…

I spoke with internationally known worry management expert, Denise Marek. Author of CALM – A Proven Four Step Process Designed Specifically for Women Who Worry. In her book and in her coaching, Denise reveals a proven four-step process designed specifically for women who worry. This powerful and simple process will help you eliminate self-limiting beliefs and develop greater inner peace. You will discover strategies to immediately reduce anxiety, put an end to “what if?” thinking, let go of the need for perfection, and finally stop obsessing about what others think of you.

CALM is a helpful tool for stepping-out of the perpetual cycle of shame we feel about our bodies and our relationships with food. It shows how to move past the guilt and feelings of being stuck, numbing our emotions with food and abandoning the connection to our bodies. Denise teaches hope and how to find inner peace through making peace with our pasts and letting go of worry, releasing guilt, judgments, and challenging limited beliefs.

What I love most about this interview, is how – just like in her book – Denise gives real and personal stories and examples on situations that have occurred throughout her life and how she managed to either get out of them or overcome them through that innate wisdom that we all have access to.

Denise speaks why these steps are the key to reconnecting with the inner peace you desire and deserve!

We live in a time when women are worried more than ever before. We need to overcome this by, “Letting go of the uncontrollable, act to control the controllable.”

With love,
